BONDLOC

Bondloc B638 is a high strength retaining compound designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, with bond gaps approaching 0.25mm. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration. It also has good oil tolerance to minor surface contaminants. Ideal for shafts, gears, pulleys and similar cylindrical parts.

Bondloc B641 is a medium strength retaining compound, it cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration. Designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts where disassembly is required for servicing and repair operations. Ideal for parts that need subsequent dismantling, i.e. retention of bearings on shafts and in housings.

B569 hydraulic seal is a thixotropic liquid which cures anaerobically to form a tough, high pressure seal on all types of threaded couplings used on low, medium and high pressure lines. B569 is used for all types of hydraulic connections, sealing against typical pressure line ratings, use B569 to fit valves, threaded couplings, adaptors, quick disconnect parts, compression fittings and vibration proofing joints.
