BONDLOC

Bondloc B577 is a yellow, medium strength anaerobic sealant formulated with Teflon designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. Fills the space between threaded parts and seals and locks at the same time. B577 provides an instant low pressure seal, does shrink or creep and seals all types of threaded connections. Excellent chemical / solvent resistance to ethanol, motor oil, unleaded petrol, acetone and brake fluid. Ideal for large fittings, sprinklers system, water and gas line fittings.

Bondloc B603 is a high strength anaerobic retaining compound suitable for permanent bonds, B603 is oil tolerant and works well on parts that have not been cleaned or have a oil residue on them . The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. Ideal for all types of cylindrical parts, such as bearings, gears, splines, pulleys and keyways.

Bondloc B638 is a high strength retaining compound designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, with bond gaps approaching 0.25mm. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to shock and vibration. It also has good oil tolerance to minor surface contaminants. Ideal for shafts, gears, pulleys and similar cylindrical parts.
